This is a repeat performance of a talk given on J. C.'s December 1995 tour of Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Zurich, and London given earlier this year. But it was a talk spread by word of mouth only with no public announcement —so it is being repeated here "formally". It will be the same talk—so don't expect new things (just new stories about the same slides).
