Come to the JC Raulston Arboretum and see this year's entries in the 12th Annual Birdhouse Competition sponsored by Wake Audubon Society, the North Carolina Bluebird Society, and the JC Raulston Arboretum. Adults and youth create birdhouses that will tickle your funny bone and amaze you with their beauty.
After you see all the birdhouses and pick your favorite one, come join us for a guided children's tour of the Arboretum. We will go hunting for birds and see some of their favorite plants for snacking! Saturday tour hours start at 11:00 am, and the last tour leaves at 4:00 pm. On Sunday, tours start at 1:00 pm and the last tour departs at 3:00 pm.
