Plant-lover's Tour
"Best of the Mixed Border"
The Border Babes, Garden Volunteers
- Tuesday, March 5, 2024 – 1:00 pm–2:00 pm
The Mixed Border at the JC Raulston Arboretum is a gently winding path that weaves its way through a series of garden vignettes, each displaying the elements important to a successful garden: trees, shrubs, ground covers, perennials, bulbs, and landscape features. Take a walk with "The Border Babes", our dedicated team of garden volunteers responsible for the care and maintenance of our mixed border, as they show off the various elements composing this garden space. Nobody knows plants like the people getting their hands dirty with them, so be sure you don't miss this fantastic program!
