There is a special visitor at the JC Raulston Arboretum! Wolfgang the Corpse Flower (Amorphophallus titanium), a Titan Arum who has been growing in the Conservatory on NC State's Campus, has set an inflorescence bud and decided to come over to our garden to show it off! Endangered in the wild, and only flowering a handful of times throughout its life for the briefest window of time each time, this is a special opportunity to see a learn more about this peculiar and outlandish plant. Join us for this special edition of the Midweek program where we're joined by Diane Mays to talk all about Amorphophallus and all the corpse flowers we've grown at NCSU over the years.
