Midweek with Greg

"Privacy Through Planting"
Greg Paige, Director of Horticulture

  • Wednesday, April 12, 2023 – 3:00 pm3:45 pm

Who says ornamental plants can't be functional? Privacy screening is one of the many ways in which ornamental plants can be utilized in the landscape. Whether you're trying to maintain your own privacy, or keep yourself from having to see what your neighbors might be up to, a soft-textured conifer or a flowering broadleaf shrub is a wonderfully subtle way to achieve this goal without having to erect a fence (fences don't flower, after all). Join Greg Paige, our Director of Horticulture, as he talks about ways to implement privacy screens as well as his favorite specimens to use for this specific purpose.
