York Auditorium

The York Auditorium in the Ruby C. McSwain Education Center is perfect for your next meeting, conference, wedding reception or special dinner. The York Auditorium, made up of rooms 105, 107 and 109 can be rented as one room or broken down into smaller rooms that can be reserved individually. York Auditorium (All three rooms)

• Price: $250/hour
• Max Capacity: Max capacity depends on your event layout. We usually estimate 120, but we are happy to discuss specifics if you have a plan in mind!
• Bonus: York Auditorium comes with exclusive access to the South Terrace and access to our catering staging kitchen.

Rooms 105 or 107

• Price: $85/hour per room
• Max Capacity: Max capacity depends on your event layout. We usually estimate 30, but we are happy to discuss specifics if you have a plan in mind!
• Bonus: These rooms can be combined to increase capacity.

Room 109

• Price: $125/hour
• Max Capacity: Max capacity depends on your event layout. We usually estimate 30, but we are happy to discuss specifics if you have a plan in mind!
• Bonus: Comes with access to our catering staging kitchen. Room 109 can also be combined with Room 107 to increase capacity (combined rate is $210/hr).
