Homeschool Day
"Celebrate Earth Day"
- Tuesday, April 22, 2014 – 1:00 pm–3:00 pm
Celebrate Earth Day with hands-on fun and educational sessions for your homeschooler at the Arboretum!
Earth is an amazing planet. Celebrate all that we love about Earth and also explore issues that are affecting the planet. Participate in a recycling sort, learn about composting and energy sources, pollute Freddie's lake and then try to clean it up, and watch how fast the soil erodes away without any grass.
