Sunday tour

Sunday Afternoon Stroll at the JC Raulston Arboretum

By Arlene Calhoun, Volunteer and Membership Coordinator

Fall is in the air. Don’t you feel that little bit of excitement in the pit of your stomach? If you’re like me, you’re just looking for any excuse to be outside. Might I suggest one of our Sunday afternoon tours? No need to make reservations just meet our tour guide at the Bobby G. Wilder Visitor Center at 2:00 PM on a Sunday afternoon.

There are only three free tours left this year:

  • Sunday, October 12
  • Sunday, October 19
  • Sunday, October 26

I hope you’ll join us for a little bit of JCRA history while you stroll through the gardens—you’ll be hooked.

State Employees Combined Campaign

State Employees Combined Campaign

By Anne M. Porter, Director of Development

It's that time of year again! The State Employees Combined Campaign was created to provide North Carolina's state employees with a convenient, efficient, and trusted way to support causes that they care about. More that 1,000 charities are eligible for contributions, and the JC Raulston Arboretum is one of them.

If you or someone you know is a state employee, please ask them to designate all or a portion of their charitable SECC gift to "1595 JC Raulston Arboretum at NCSU." To search charities by keyword and read the descriptions, please visit ncsecc.org.

Thank you for your continued advocacy and generous support.
