York Auditorium
The York Auditorium in the Ruby C. McSwain Education Center is perfect for your next meeting, conference, wedding reception or special dinner. Bring the outdoors in with stunning views of our acclaimed four-season gardens. Floor to ceiling windows open onto the South Terrace, making our indoor venues as delightful and memorable as our gardens. The York Auditorium, made up of rooms 105, 107 and 109 can be rented as one room or broken down into smaller rooms that can be reserved individually. Classic Gardens
While all gardens at the JC Raulston Arboretum offer stunning settings with world-famous plant collections as a backdrop for your special event, these gardens offer a classically romantic feel. Picturesque with clearly defined aisles, they make for a simple yet elegant choice for any ceremony. While we love them for weddings, they are also the perfect space for proposals, parties, and any other memorable life events. Outdoor garden venues are available to rent seven days a week from sunrise to sunset. All classic gardens are $295/hr. Check out some inspiration pictures here: Classic Gardens
Grand Events
Our grand event spaces are the perfect choice for large gatherings of any kind. Corporate picnics, galas and outdoor wedding receptions can take advantage of the large gathering spaces and gorgeous view. These gardens are the only ones that come with separate access through either Horticultural Field Lab or Beryl Road gates for ease of load in/out for catering or other vendors. They are also the only gardens that we allow to be tented by external rental companies. While normally our outdoor garden venues are available to rent seven days a week from sunrise to sunset, for these gardens, we can allow after hour rentals with an approved lighting plan in place. Intimate Gardens
Check out our variety of intimate settings. With such a wide array of garden styles you are sure to find one to fit your event vision.
