Track Out Morning

"Children's Wreath Workshop"

  • Tuesday, December 3, 2013 – 9:30 am12:00 pm

Are your students tracked out? Do you still have some errands to run before the holidays arrive? Drop your students by the Arboretum to have some track-out morning fun while you check your list twice!

First week's workshop is making a holiday wreath. The adults arrive later in the afternoon to make theirs (1:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 7:00 PM; separate registration required), but the kids get to practice their skills first! Each student will create a wreath of their own using a variety of greens (some cut from the Arboretum!).

All supplies are covered in the cost of the workshop. Each student registered will create a wreath to take home.

Ages 6 to 12 years old.
$35.00 per student for Friends of the Arboretum, $45.00 per student for all others.
Advance registration is required. Space is limited. Please register by contacting Elizabeth Overcash, children's program coordinator, at or (919) 513-7011.
Although we understand that unexpected things happen, cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to event will not receive a refund.
