About the FOA Lecture

"Winter Garden Interest"

Why should you walk in the garden at this time of year? The reason is to discover gems springing out of the leaves and/or snow. Brilliant color shows to perfection from camellias, primroses, bulbs, etc., when there is no summer haze or when all the green masks the jewels hanging on branches like painted Easter eggs! Come see what plants you could behold without having to share space with mosquitos and no see-ums. We will concentrate on camellias and their planting, and, we'll also show some of their blooming companion plants.

Plant purchases support the JC Raulston Arboretum General Fund within the NC Agricultural Foundation, Inc. (Tax ID 56-6049304).
