Ask ten gardeners how to keep deer out of the garden, and you'll probably get ten different answers—and at least one story involving hair clippings, soap bars, or spicy sprays gone wrong. In this week's Midweek Program, we're cutting through the noise and tackling the question of garden pests (especially deer) with an objective, holistic approach. We'll talk about practical strategies like fencing, netting, repellents, and even how thoughtful plant selection and companion planting can help keep browsing to a minimum. While deer take center stage, we'll also cover other furry troublemakers like rabbits, voles, groundhogs, and squirrels. Whether you're new to gardening or just tired of your yard being used as an all-you-can-eat buffet, this session will help you figure out what works best for your landscape—no gimmicks, just real talk.
