Breathtaking ornamental landscapes aren't just about color—they've got texture, too! This week on our Midweek Program, our horticulture staff will explore how to use texture as a powerful (and often overlooked) design element in the garden. From bold and bumpy leaves to fine, feathery foliage, we'll look at plants with eye-catching textures and talk about how to mix, match, and layer them for the greatest visual impact. And, you know, we're plant nerds, so we're probably going to spend at least some time talking about which plants are the most fun to pet as well—just a heads up. Whether you're planting from scratch or adding to existing beds, you'll pick up fresh ideas to give your garden that extra dimension. Tune in and get ready to see (and feel) your garden in a whole new way!
