It's hot out, y'all! And as much fun as it would be to take you through the garden and show off all our spectacular sun-loving plants, something tells us it may be infinitely more pleasant to have a look at some of our wonderful plants growing in the shade. Just a thought. Beat the heat and join us for this Plant-lover's Tour where our Research Technician, Tim Alderton, will chauffeur you through the shady spots in our garden and spotlight some of our most striking shade-loving plants!

- Tour begins at the Visitor Center at the JC Raulston Arboretum at NC State University, 4415 Beryl Road, Raleigh, NC 27606.
