November Garden Activity Kit
Garden Activity Kits are a great way to bring our monthly children's programs themes alive in your home while supporting the JCRA's Children's Program.
November's Spotlight Theme—Moonlit Garden
As the nights get longer, there is more time to explore the garden at night! Have you seen a moonflower blooming at night, the moths flying around pollinating or maybe the swoop of a bat?
The November Garden Activity Kit includes "Flashlight" by Lizi Boyd, a fun story of a boy whose flashlight reveals the magic of the night. Also included is a flashlight to explore your garden, bulbs to plant this fall for a spring moonlight garden, a nighttime scavenger hunt and this month's Garden Spotlight on what's happening at night in the garden.
Kits are available for pick up at the JC Raulston Arboretum in Raleigh, NC at scheduled pickup times. Kits can also be mailed for an additional fee paid at the time of order.

- All ages but suggested for families with preschool through elementary aged children.
- Cost
- $20.00 per kit, $10.00 for shipping.
- Registration
- Kits are available for pick up from the Arboretum or can be shipped for an additional fee. Pick up times will be emailed once your order payment has been received.
