Midweek with Mark
"Urukepe from Ecuador—Living with the Chachi"
Mark Weathington, Director
- Wednesday, September 23, 2020 – 3:00 pm–4:00 pm
While working at the Norfolk Botanical Garden, Mark, along with other NBG staff, lived with the Chachi, an ethnic group in northwestern Ecuador. The Chachi live by the rainforest near Cayapas River in the Cotacachi Cayapas Ecological Reserve. Say hello (or urukepe) to the Chachi as Mark discusses their adventure.
