Are you looking for a fun and interactive way for your student to learn more about gardening? Then our new gardening workshop, "Green Thumb Gardeners" is for you!
Weekly classes are held on Wednesdays from 12:30 pm–2:00 pm. Pack a lunch to eat during the first thirty minutes with your friends in the garden. After lunch, we'll have gardening lessons and activities.
During the three weeks, students will set up and watch garden experiments, learn about garden pests, build garden structures, and make some tasty treats right from the garden! New topics and activities covered each series.
Space is limited to 12 students.

- Suggested for 4th to 6th graders.
- Cost
- Three-week series. $15.00 per student for Arboretum family members. $22.50 per student for nonmembers
- Registration
- Space is limited to 12 students. Advance registration is highly recommended to save your spot! Online registration is available.
- Cancellation
- Although we understand that unexpected things happen, cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to event will not receive a refund.

- Education Yurt, JC Raulston Arboretum at NC State University, 4415 Beryl Road, Raleigh, North Carolina.
