Gardening can be fun and rewarding, but gardeners can encounter hazards while enjoying their time outdoors. Cathy DeWitt, a longtime gardener, JCRA and Juniper Level Botanic Garden volunteer, a new Master Gardener volunteer, and retired nurse will share stories of how she and others deal with the challenges of gardening.

Free for Friends of the JC Raulston Arboretum members, Extension Master Gardeners, NC State University students (with ID), and Department of Horticultural Science faculty and staff, all others $5.00.
