Feathered Friends

Calling all our feathered friends! Come out to the Education Yurt for March's Garden Buds program. The gardens are filled with birds chirping and making nests. Learn more about these feathered creatures with your little Garden Bud with activities exploring bird beaks, feathers, and much more!
Garden Buds is a hands-on, seasonal themed program for preschool aged children. Exploration is through self-guided hands-on activities, creative art projects, garden walks, and stories. Parents and caregivers stay with their children and guide their children through the activities.
- Age
- Suggested for ages three to five with parent/adult.
- Cost
- $5.00 per child for Arboretum family members, $7.00 per child for nonmembers (no charge for adult)
- Registration
- Space is limited. Advance registration is highly recommended to save your spot!
- Cancellation
- Although we understand that unexpected things happen, cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to event will not receive a refund.

- The Yurt, JC Raulston Arboretum at NC State University, 4415 Beryl Road, Raleigh, North Carolina
