Join us in the Education Yurt for a special Take a Child Outside Week Garden Buds program on apples! We changed the theme since we missed our apple program due to Hurricane Florence.
Garden Buds is a hands-on, seasonal themed program for preschool aged children. Exploration is through self guided hands-on activities, creative art projects, garden walks, and stories. Parents and caregivers stay with their children and guide their children through the activities.
- Age
- Suggested for ages three to five with parent/caregiver.
- Cost
- $5.00 per child for Arboretum family members, $7.00 per child for nonmembers (no charge for adult)
- Registration
- Spaces are limited; advance registration is suggested. Online registration link is coming soon!
- Cancellation
- Although we understand that unexpected things happen, cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to event will not receive a refund.

- The Yurt, JC Raulston Arboretum at NC State University, 4415 Beryl Road, Raleigh, North Carolina
