Meditation in the Garden

Take a mindful pause in the heart of the garden. This restorative workshop invites you to step away from daily stress and discover the grounding power of meditation — all in the beauty of the garden.
Together, we'll explore beginner-friendly mindfulness practices designed to calm the mind, ease tension, and deepen your connection with yourself and the natural world. Through guided meditation, body awareness, gentle movement and journaling, you'll discover simple ways to carry the garden's calm with you into everyday life.

What to Expect
This workshop includes a mix of sitting, standing and walking activities, with time for both group connection and quiet personal reflection in the garden. No prior experience with meditation or mindfulness is required. Just come as you are!
About Our Guide
In her role as a certified Forest Therapy Guide and Mindset Coach, Raleigh-based Shawn Ramsey is committed to facilitating experiences that open the senses through a series of nature-connected invitations. Her unique approach draws from her training in forest therapy, mindfulness and Positive Psychology coaching.
Shawn believes that nature is the perfect catalyst for stress management, growth and exploration; and, a powerful ally when it comes to supporting our physical and emotional well-being.

- $50.00 per participant.

Registration is limited to 15 people and is considered complete when payment is received. You will receive a confirmation receipt from notify@cashnet.com when registered.
- Cancellation
Program cancellations can be made up to two weeks before the program's start date. No refunds will be made after this time. A 15% cancellation fee applies.
