Symposia and Seminars
As one the Southeast’s top teaching gardens, the JCRA is a hot-spot for in-depth, educational gatherings which focus on current and compelling themes in horticulture.
We host two types of symposia:
Yearly, a topic of interest to the horticulture community which needs detailed discussion will be held at the Arboretum in a half-day format with an optional tour.
Every five years, the JCRA holds an extensive symposium on a compelling topic of interest to the worldwide horticultural and gardening community.
