Post Modern Patterns
Experience the Arboretum’s latest art exhibition, "Post-Modern Patterns," today! We invited 30 local artists and students from nine schools to contribute to our newest collection. Under the direction of the JCRA Volunteer Ephemeral Art Committee, numerous art pieces are displayed all around the garden with the student’s public art installation at the Yurt near the Rose Garden. Each group’s works capture the spirit of the alebrije—imaginary, chimera-like creatures that first originated in Mexico—in their unique ways, allowing them to add their creative mark to our inspirational outdoor space. Check out these incredible works while you can!
Plant Sale Buggy
Check out the Arboretum's Plant Sale Buggy when you visit. Located outside the Bobby G. Wilder Visitor Center, it’s a great spot to find choice and unusual plants for your garden. New plants are added throughout the week, and payments can be made using cash (no change available), checks, or credit cards.
