School's Out!
Full—Waitlist Started
"Terrarium Workshop"
- Tuesday, January 22, 2013 – 10:30 am–12:00 pm
The kids are out of school, so bring them to the Arboretum to make a terrarium!
Using a terrarium as a fun example, we will learn about ecosystems and the water cycle. It's also a fun project that allows children to get creative and make their very own miniature garden to take home and observe.
We will provide all the materials necessary to make the terrariums. Each child registered will create a terrarium complete with plants and a few fun surprises.
This program works as a School's Out! activity for WCPSS Traditional calendar and Track 3 year round students.
